For Children and young people
Growing up can feel overwhelming. School pressures, friendships, big emotions, sensory challenges and confidence struggles can all feel larger than the tools children have to manage them.

My approach is neurodiversity-inclusive and recognises that every child experiences and processes the world differently.

Coaching may support your child to:

-
Build emotional awareness and regulation
-
Strengthen confidence and self-belief
-
Navigate friendship or social challenges
-
Develop routines for focus and follow-through
-
Manage transitions or change
-
Make sense of a recent diagnosis

Sessions are strengths-based, practical and paced to your child. The goal isn’t to change who they are, but to help them understand themselves and develop strategies that support everyday life.

Parents are included in an age-appropriate way, as coaching works best when support continues at home.
Sessions are delivered virtually and tailored to your child’s needs.

You’re welcome to book a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore whether this feels like the right fit.
