At The Mind Space Method, I recognise that every mind works differently and that these differences shape how we experience stress, change and growth.
My coaching approach is neurodiverse-inclusive and accessibility-conscious, creating safe, compassionate and flexible spaces where people can explore how their unique ways of thinking, feeling, and responding influence their wellbeing, relationships, and performance.
I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of balance to reconnect with their strengths, rebuild confidence, and create realistic sustainable practices that support clearer thinking and calmer living. Whether you’re navigating burnout, change, or the sense that something in life isn’t working, I help you to find steadiness, self-understanding, and direction.
For organisations, I work to cultivate psychologically safe and flexible cultures where diverse minds can thrive improving wellbeing, communication, and performance.

I am Lynne, a neuroscientist, health coach, and founder of The Mind Space Method - a compassionate, science-backed approach to resilience and recovery through change. With a PhD in neuroscience, master’s degrees in applied and health psychology, and more than 20 years of research experience, I bring both academic depth and practical tools to support people and teams through times of change.
Whether it’s an organisation facing transition, or an individual moving through a major life upheaval my approach is calm, structured and person-centred. I focus on reducing overwhelm, sustaining energy, and rebuilding confidence so people can move forward at their own pace.
