At The Mind Space Method, we offer neurodiversity-inclusive coaching that celebrates differences and supports lasting wellbeing through change and challenge
About The Mind Space Method
At certain points in life, things change - a diagnosis, difficulties at school, growing challenges at home, or a period of transition that leaves you rethinking how things are working.
Understanding what something means is one step. Working out how to live with that understanding in everyday life is another.
The Mind Space Method offers calm, structured support during these times. I work with adults navigating change, including post-diagnosis adjustment, parents who want to better understand and support their child, and children and young people building confidence and emotional awareness.
Coaching combines thoughtful reflection with practical action. Together, we translate insight into realistic strategies that support steadiness, self-trust and confidence in daily life.
My approach is neurodiverse-inclusive and accessibility-conscious. I create compassionate, flexible spaces where adults and children feel understood and supported, not judged or fixed.
At The Mind Space Method, meaningful change is not about becoming someone different. It is about understanding yourself more fully and building ways of living that work for you.

I’m Lynne, a neuroscientist and health coach, and the founder of The Mind Space Method.
With a PhD in Neuroscience, Master’s degrees in Applied and Health Psychology, and over 20 years of research experience, I bring a science-informed understanding of how people - children, young people and adults - adapt, cope and grow through change.
I am deeply interested in how life experiences shape our health, stress patterns, habits and sense of identity, and how understanding ourselves more clearly can open the door to meaningful change.
My role isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you (or your child) understand how you work - your strengths, your patterns, your capacity - and to build from there in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
I combine evidence-based insight with calm, structured support, helping you turn awareness into practical changes that fit your energy, daily rhythms and real life.
